Design is present everywhere

by Jamu Martin

Designing is a long procedure of translating a virtual image in the minds of the draftsmen into a drawing on paper or electronic visual support. Mentally a designer is unlike most persons. Draftsmen have an uncommon mindset on what things look like. They look at things from a different perspective. Most persons are unable to dislocate pieces from objects in their mind simply by looking at the object.
A creator looks at an object in an uncommon way. Training in viewing items in three dimensions and from different angles are what makes designers good at their job. Working from scratch is the best way to get unique designs. An unique design is thus one which comes from far fetched ideas.
The environment in which the designer evolve is also very important as most of his designs are inspired from his immediate surroundings and nature. Conversely, some design might be drawn after lengthy researches on material capacities and measurements. However, designs are what make engineers to strive forward to developing new materials. In our times, designers are innovating day by day in their designs and are in the same run pushing engineers to their limits.
Creative thinking is what gives design its true meaning. Creative thinking is thus essential to designing. Virtual or real, design encompasses a lot of spheres. The job market for designing is often driven by template design, architecture, gadget design, so on and so forth. Wherever we look, design is present.
Whatever objects, whichever magazine, wherever we go to, design is everywhere. From the biggest to the smallest objects, all have been designed to fit, shaped to work, designed to resemble as it has been thought by the designer. Design is part of our daily life, it is a and was always one of the sole things that humans can do and not animals.
